Directions from I-71/75 North (coming from Kentucky):

1. Follow I-71/75 north toward Cincinnati. Stay in the right lane as you approach the bridge over the Ohio River.
2. Proceed across the bridge and remain in the same lane. This lane turns into the right middle lane (there are four lanes on the bridge).
3. Exit to the right following signs for I-71 North after you cross the bridge. Remain in the same lane and do not exit onto 2^nd Street.
4. Remain in the same lane on Fort Washington Way (the four-lane expressway that runs between downtown and the stadiums).
5. Bear to the right when Fort Washington Way splits (no lane changes are necessary) and follow signs for I-71 North.
6. Stay in the left lane as you go through the Lytle Tunnel (on I-71 North).
7. Exit at Route 42/Eden Park Dr./Reading Road (Exit #2), which exits to the left.
8. After exiting, bear to the left and follow signs to Route 42/Reading Road.
9. Proceed through the traffic light and stay in the right lane heading north on 42/Reading Rd.
10. Go about 0.6 miles, and bear to the right under the viaduct (this keeps you on 42/Reading Rd.).
11. Proceed through the first light after passing under the viaduct. This large intersection is William Howard Taft Road. There is a White Castle on the far right corner.
12. After going through this light, go about 0.3 miles and turn right at the second traffic light onto Lincoln Avenue. There is a KFC on the far left corner of this intersection.
13. After turning, go about 0.3 miles and turn left at the first light onto Stanton Avenue. Stanton Ave. will cross over I-71 and become Fredonia Avenue.
14. After turning onto Stanton/Fredonia, go about 0.4 miles to Varland Metal Service, Inc. The plant is on the left immediately after crossing over I-71 (at the NW corner of Fredonia Ave. and Whittier St.).
    • Shipping/Receiving Docks (for deliveries/pickups) face Fredonia.
    • Office visitors should drive past the building and then turn left into our gated parking lot.
